淡盐水等含电解质的水最好

不要一次性喝大量白热水

或进食大量冷饮

大汗淋漓时不要急于喝水

稍稍休息顷然再补水

军训适度孤苦大汗

不要迅速冲凉水澡

细心御寒 幸免着凉伤风

要细心饮食养分

三餐应定时定量 细心养分

极度是早上军训前应吃早餐 

矜重低血糖

进食后休息约半小时

再运转覆按或领路

不错多吃些肉蛋奶类食物

最许多喝点汤类以补充养分及体液

同期幸免吃太浓重的食物

矜重消化不良
